I am a licensed personal trainer (Active Sweden) and licensed nutritionist with a bachelor’s degree in social welfare services. My specialties bridge fitness and mental health, with a focus on issues such as eating disorders, compulsive exercise, depression, and anxiety. I work with you to build a positive relationship with your body, exercise, food, and overall well-being.
Whether you’re new to the gym, aiming to lose weight, improve your strength or running performance, pursue sport-specific training, or navigate training during and after pregnancy, I will help you with your goals. I also specialize in women’s health during menopause, emphasizing the critical role of strength training in maintaining muscle mass during this transition.

My Services
Your journey begins with a 60-minute complimentary personal training session. In this initial meeting, we discuss your training background, goals, and current situation to understand your unique needs. We conduct a functional assessment to evaluate your mobility and stability and complete three to five tailored exercises that align with your objectives.
At the end of the session, we summarize your goals and I present a proposal outlining how our collaboration might look. If you’re happy with the plan, we’ll proceed with an agreement for the personal training hours you wish to purchase.
