To help you progress in your training, we take a holistic approach where sleep, training, nutrition and recovery work together. The training is evidence-based and tailored to your goals, your lifestyle and your individual circumstances. Together, we set sustainable goals and follow up regularly to help you achieve results over time. Common goals among my clients include getting stronger, losing or gaining weight, or maintaining muscle mass during menopause. Some have been training for many years, while others are new to the gym. Some want to improve their running or train more specifically for a race or a physical fitness test. Training during and after pregnancy, returning after an injury, or improving mobility are also common goals. I am a certified Personal Trainer (Active Sweden), certified Nutrition Coach and trained social worker, with ten years of experience as a PT. My main area of expertise is training with mental health in mind, for example in cases of eating disorders, compulsive exercise, depression and anxiety. With personal guidance, you can build a warm and sustainable relationship with training, your body, food and weight. I also specialise in women’s health, including training during menopause. You get access to an app where you can easily follow your training programmes with images and videos, track your nutrition and access recipes. You also have the option to carry out regular body composition measurements using a Tanita scale. You can use your Swedish wellness allowance for personal training. I am affiliated with the wellness platform Epassi. Everyone is welcome to train with me. My goal is to coach you towards a balance between physical training, a positive body image and enjoyment in training, so that you can achieve sustainable results over time.

My Services
Everything starts with an initial PT session, which is the first step in your personal training journey. The PT session is a free 60-minute consultation where we go through your training background, your goals and your current situation.
You will complete a movement assessment where we look at your mobility and stability, and try three to five exercises in the gym based on your goals.
After that, we summarise your goals and I present a suggested training plan for how we can work together. If it feels suitable for you, we move forward and set up an agreement based on the plan you choose.

Nutrition Coaching
To help you reach your training goals, a tailored nutrition plan is an important part of the overall approach. Nutrition coaching is included in all PT packages (PT 30, PT 60 and PT Duo), so you get the ultimate support in adapting both your training and your nutrition to your goals.

There are no forbidden foods, unless you have an intolerance or allergy. Whether you want to gain or lose weight, or find a sustainable way of eating, I tailor the plan to your situation and your goals for a healthy and long-lasting result.

Women's health
During pregnancy, after childbirth and during menopause, the body is affected by hormonal changes, which requires adapted training and nutrition. Training is tailored to your needs, your body and your current life situation.

Training and mental health
Physical and mental health are closely connected, and during mental challenges, training is adapted to be supportive and sustainable. The primary focus lies on creating a positive experience, increasing body awareness and building a warm relationship with training.
